meets each Wednesday Evening 6:30 PM-7:30 PM, in Port Orchard at the Port Orchard Active Club behind Givens Community Center 1025 Tacoma Ave. Rm. #1
Each meeting begins with a private weigh-in and then motivational meeting topic from community guest speakers to recipe and exercise tips.
Join other adults and teens for fun/friendship and laughter as you take off and keep off pounds in a sensible way!

Details: Join naturalists from the Kitsap Beach Watchers program to marvel at beach life during low tide. Bring flashlights and headlamps, and waterproof clothes and boots.
